Resolution on Equity in Faculty Compensation

The Tufts Faculty Senate believes that the faculty (encompassing the full range of positions and appointments present at the university) play an essential role in achieving the mission of Tufts University and deserve to be adequately compensated in comparison to Tufts’ peer institutions. To track progress towards meeting these objectives, the Senate believes that regular salary analyses should be conducted by Tufts University and that the results of these analyses should be shared with the faculty in a timely manner.
